The latest list of citations in the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament includes these outstanding catches by local anglers:

Leslie Anne Hinton of Mathews earned a citation for a 7-pound, 8-ounce speckled trout caught Oct. 28 in the Corrotoman River. The fish measured 27.5 inches long;

Billy Flippin of Bena earned a citation for a 5-pound, 4-ounce speckled trout, 25 inches long, caught Oct. 16 in the Poquoson River;

Dominic Smith of Hayes received a citation for the Oct. 9 catch of a sheepshead weighing 10 pounds, 15 ounces in Chesapeake Bay; and,

Dakotah Ange of Hayes qualified for a citation with the Sept. 10 catch of a 15-pound, 9-ounce blueline tilefish caught Sept. 10 in 100 fathoms offshore.
