CCS softball

The Christchurch School softball team, the first in school history, launched its inaugural season with a 14-6 road victory over Lancaster High School last Wednesday. Team captains are Bridget Wiseman ’24 (daughter of Mark and Debbie Wiseman of Farnham), Teresa Espiritu ’26 (daughter of Rahn and Annie Espiritu of Gloucester), and Channing Lewis ’24 (daughter of Russ and Jill Lewis of Tappahannock). Robert Thomas is the head coach. He is assisted by Glenn Harper. The Seahorses compete in the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association Division 2.
