CHOCOLATE CHIP COCOA CAKE Rita Olney 1¾ c. boiling waster 1 c. uncooked oatmeal 1 stick margarine 2 eggs 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 1 Tbs. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1¾ c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips, divided Pour boiling water over oatmeal in a large bowl. Add the stick of margarine. Let cool 10 minutes. Then add the eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, cocoa, soda, flour and vanilla. Mix well and then add half of the chocolate chips. Pour into a greased 13x9-inch pan and sprinkle other half of chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350°F. about 30 minutes.
