RAL Art Center, Kilmarnock, welcomed its newest staff member recently. Stephanie A. Brown was hired in January as the Adult Art Program Manager thanks to a grant the art center received from The Cole Charitable Trust in December. Earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from James Madison University, Brown is an artist, educator and community volunteer. She has taught in Lancaster County Public Schools and has 10 years’ experience in project management as a designer and builder in a local construction firm. Brown also has served on the board of directors for Lancaster County Little League. At RAL, she will develop and schedule all adult art classes and plan for special events such as visiting artist workshops; she will also manage the Artful Aging program for senior adults living in Bay Aging apartment communities....
