Stephen Blue of Deltaville was named the coordinator of technology services in personnel actions taken by the Gloucester County School Board during its May 25 work session. 

The appointment was effective May 1. Blue previously was the audio/visual support specialist for Gloucester County. 

Also, Lisa Munson of Gloucester was named an administrative associate/bookkeeper at Petsworth Elementary, effective May 28. 

Appointed as teachers for the 2019-2020 school year were Hannah Wilburn of Newport News, Lynnette Johnson of Gloucester, Stephanie Nelson of Radford, Samantha Otto of Hudgins, and Carly Zeh of Hayes. 

Resignations were accepted from Abingdon kindergarten teacher Blair Rhodes, effective June 10, and support service employees Amy Alexander, effective April 10; Vickie LeBlond, effective June 10; and Sabrina Ogle, effective June 7.
