The Mathews High School varsity boys’ basketball team went 1-1 in action this week. Here, Mathews senior Ja’Marri Henderson (#35) shoots from the field in Monday’s varsity contest against the visiting Colonial Beach Drifters. The Devils won that game easily, 72-46, led by Tae Legette’s 29 points. On Tuesday, Mathews fell to Carver, 69-41.
