Hagan Witt of Hayes, received a citation in the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for a 57-inch cobia that weighed 58 pounds and 11 ounces. He caught the fish on Aug. 10 in Baltimore Channel.

Another citation reported last week in vasaltwaterjournal.com went to Taylor Browder of Gloucester, for a 10-pound, 6-ounce sheepshead caught on Aug. 14 at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel.
