Baystars Kraken fall to Blacksox

The Baystars Kraken 11U baseball team took on the Virginia Blacksox of Chesapeake in a doubleheader on Sunday at Ark Park. The Kraken fell against the traveling team in both games, losing 6-2 in the first and 10-6 in the second.

In the two games, Easton Scott led the Kraken on offense, recording two hits and four stolen bases. The defense was led by Waylon Foster who manned centerfield and Jackson Koch who made a double play and snagged a line drive at first base.

Morgan Sterne and Foster received game balls for their efforts.

The Kraken will look to get back into the win column when they host the Old Dominion Hitters 11U and Hampton Roads Canes 11U on April 24 at Ark Park.
