OPEN HOUSE: Tompkins Cottage Museum will hold its Thanksgiving Open House on Nov. 23 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. as part of the Thanksgiving Mathews Farmers’ Market. Traditional fall decorations will be featured. The 2024 Mathews County Historical Society ornament of the Linda Carol, a historic buyboat, will be featured.
