The Mathews Outdoor Club held its first Micro Triathlon of the summer on Saturday at Williams Wharf Landing. Canaan Stowe, 28, of Norfolk, was overall winner in 45:19.2. Amy Hall, 39, was the fastest female competitor at 56:01.1.
The race had 22 finishers competing in the quarter-mile swim, eight-mile bike race and two-mile run.
The next micro-tri will be held Saturday, July 9.
