Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism sponsors karate classes for ages 4 and older. Classes meet on Mondays or Wednesdays at the T.C. Walker Education Center, beginning March 11 and 16. Classes for ages 4-6 will be held from 6-6:30 p.m. and are $35; ages 7-9, 6:30-7 p.m., $35; ages 10-12, 7-7:45 p.m., $40, and ages 13 and older, 7:45-8:30 p.m., $40. The deadlines to register are March 10 and 12.

YOGA: Namaste Yoga classes are being offered at Botetourt Elementary from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. Tuesdays. The classes stress balance, strength and toning. The drop-in fee is $7 per class. Punchcards are available for five classes for $30 or 10 classes for $60.
