2026 is shaping up to be a momentous year in Historic Yorktown. From 250th anniversary celebrations to outdoor concerts, festivals, and historic reenactments, the 2026 events calendar is jam-packed with activities for visitors of all ages. From June 12–14, witness breathtaking tall ships and military vessels as they grace the York River during the Sail Yorktown Festival, an official SailVirginia 2026 Affiliate Harbor event. The weekend will feature a spectacular Parade of Sail, artillery demonstrations, history exhibits, kids’ activities, live entertainment, and a free concert by the Williamsburg Symphony Orchestra at the Yorktown Victory Monument.
