To celebrate its third anniversary, Gloucester Yoga, located at the Abingdon Square Shopping Center in Hayes, will hold a special program on Saturday, June 22, to benefit the Giving Garden Foundation.

The Giving Garden Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has provided financial assistance to cancer patients residing in Gloucester and Mathews more than a decade. 

Gloucester Yoga will hold free classes all day on June 22. Pre-registration is not required. As space is limited, it is on a first-come, first-served basis. All of the donations collected that day will go directly to the Giving Garden Foundation (cash or checks made payable to TGGF will be accepted).

All instructors at Gloucester Yoga have completed a 200-hour teacher training program, a release stated. In addition, half have also completed the 300-hour advanced teacher training program.
