To mark Memorial Day members of Cricket Hill Mathews Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, placed wreaths at two locations in Mathews on Monday. DAR placed wreaths on the DAR Monument on the historic court green, and at the monument at Liberty Square to honor the men of Mathews who gave their lives in wars during the 20th century.
