Mathews High School pitcher Christian Williams and outfielder Ethan Armistead earned first team All-Region honors in baseball, according to information released this week by MHS athletic director Paul White.
Jalen Matthews received second team honors for his play at third base. Matthews and Armistead graduated on June 9; Williams is a rising junior at MHS.
Softball
In softball, rising senior Victoria Bing received second team All-Region honors as a Defensive/Flex player.
