The Retail Alliance will hold an informational webinar session on ERC—what it is and who qualifies—beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, July 27.

Designed to assist businesses in retaining their workforce during difficulties faced during the recent pandemic, the ERC has been a critical lifeline for numerous organizations, a release stated.

Michael Glick from BottomLine Concepts will walk participants through the eligibility criteria and answer any questions about the process.

The program is available free to Retail Alliance members; $10 for non-members. Based in Norfolk, and serving the greater Hampton Roads region, Retail Alliance is an organization that serves local businesses through advocacy, education and training, networking and marketing and promotion.
