BayVue Estate at Susan has a beautiful home, lovely grounds and a waterfront view. Now, the property is available to rent for special occasions.

Frank and Virginia Trant of Surry County purchased the property 16 years ago. The rental business owners are their daughters, Lelei Narron of Surry and Erin Rook of Prince George County.

Narron and Rook began the special occasion rentals this spring. They provide limited interior space, such as for bride and groom dressing rooms or for buffet service.

Weddings, family reunions, other ceremonies and special occasions can be held at BayVue, which is located at 1325 Bellevue Road, Susan. The house, constructed in 1895, has been renovated. The house features a charming spiral staircase, on which brides can be photographed as they head outdoors for a wedding ceremony.

There are a number of locations on the 20-acre site where special occasions can be held, including to the front and rear of the grounds. There are many water views.
