Ware Academy’s boys’ and girls’ cross country teams competed in their first meet of the season last Wednesday, Sept. 24, at Hampton Roads Academy. Quinn Hendricks placed second overall, followed by James Walter Robins in fourth, Junior Carter in fifth and Easton Marshall in sixth. For the girls, Piper Ward placed sixth overall.
