Lady Devil varsity girls’ soccer player Falon Cook vies with a Northumberland player for the ball in last Wednesday’s game against the visiting Indians. Mathews won that contest, 5-0, with Meredith Salvadori and Ellie Congrove scoring two goals each and Leah Hyde adding one goal. On Monday, the MHS girls took to the road, falling to Northampton, 4-2. Salvadori scored both Mathews goals in that game. After Spring Break, the MHS girls return to the field on Monday, April 13, at King William.
