Ware Academy began its new school year last Wednesday, Sept. 3, welcoming 208 students to the Gloucester campus. Students, faculty and families gathered in the gymnasium that morning for convocation.
Head of School Dawn Fleet provided welcoming remarks and Board of Trustees President Carlton Revere recognized former board president Dr. Stan Allen for his leadership during the recently completed phase of the Ware Opportunities Arise building project.
Seventh grader Charles Hogg was presented with the Faculty Award in recognition of his academic excellence during the 2024-2025 school year.
Ware alumnus Andrew White was the convocation speaker. He reflected on his time at Ware and emphasized the importance of building a strong foundation for future success.
