Public voting is underway through Monday on Gloucester Main Street’s Holiday Façade & Window Decorating Contest.Voting will take place via an online form, and participating businesses are marked with a window sign indicating their participation. Voters may use a QR code on these signs or visit gloucestermainstreet.com to indicate their choices, according to Blair Pausic, Marketing Manager of Gloucester Main Street. A release from Main Street said Chesapeake Bank has committed $2,500 in prizes for the winners. “Festively decorated storefronts from participating local businesses are on display throughout Main Street, and residents and visitors are encouraged to explore downtown and vote for their favorite displays,” she said.
