Behind the scenes and greeting visitors to the Garden Tour are dozens of volunteers, giving their time to help make each year’s event successful.

Margaret Singleton is chair of the Gloucester-Mathews tour, and Nancy Messbarger is co-chair. Working in various other capacities are the following:

Marianne Bowles is head of all the hostesses, while Tina McManus and Becky Meeker are head of flower arranging. Betsy Poulsen and Robin Ramsey are in charge of hospitality and food; Becky Meeker and Kimberly Petts, photography; Durfee Betts, publicity and marketing; Cheryl Woodward, social media; Suzanne Hudson and Ginger James, transportation and parking; and writing, Tish Grant.

The shuttle-only tour takes place Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
