Are you 18-25 years old and living in Virginia? Then you’re invited to take part in a survey, according to the Prevention, Health and Wellness Division of the Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck Community Services Board.

The Virginia Young Adult Survey is a biennial survey of Virginia residents that serves to create a better understanding of the behavioral health needs and experiences among young adults.

Start by texting “Virginia” to 888-688-5128 and click on the link you receive. It takes about 15-20 minutes to complete the survey; your responses will remain anonymous. Once the survey is completed, you will receive a link to complete a form for a $15 gift card.
