Rick Ward of Gloucester was the Veterans Day guest speaker at the Five Rivers Woman’s Club luncheon, held at Olivia’s in the Village on Nov. 13. A member of the Marine Corps League and the American Legion, Ward is deeply involved in the Gloucester community, said a press release, and he spoke of the service the American Legion provides locally and throughout the nation.
