Two groups to perform this weekend at Flat Iron

Daniel Donato, at left, will hit the Flat Iron Crossroads stage tomorrow, while Moonshine Society will perform at the Gloucester venue on Saturday, for a full weekend of entertainment.

Flat Iron Crossroads has an exciting weekend ahead, with concerts by Nashville native Daniel Donato and the blues band Moonshine Society.

Donato and his band will hit the stage at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 27, with the singer’s “over-the-top, slightly manic vibe,” said a press release. The 25-year-old “weaves outlaw country, Grateful Dead-style Americana, and first-rate songwriting” into his self-described “21st century cosmic country,” the release stated.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with food from Positive Pizza and beverages from the FIX Bar.
