Arts at Abingdon will present a performance by violinist Stephanie Zyzak and pianist Keiko Sekino next Thursday, June 18, in the fifth and final show this season of the concert series, now in its 37th year. The concert will be held at Abingdon Episcopal Church, beginning at 7 p.m., presented in partnership with the Gloucester Arts Festival and The Cook Foundation. Admission is free, with a free-will offering accepted. No reservations required. Arts at Abingdon is an outreach ministry of Abingdon Episcopal Church. The two artists will perform Schumann’s romantic and monumental Sonata No. 2 in D Minor, Op. 121. Zyzak is a graduate of New England Conservatory of Music and performs on a 1778 Joseph and Antonio Gagliano violin (on loan from Ravinia’s Steans Music Institute, and a bow by François-Nicolas Voirin).
