Award-winning muralist Hamilton Glass of Richmond will lead a two-day mural workshop on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 27 and 28, at Arts on Main in Gloucester.
This Virginia Museum of Fine Arts special workshop, offered in partnership with the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society, will result in a public mural for a storage container on the grounds of the GMHS, said a press release.
The workshop, for adults and teens 16 and over, will be divided into four sections, held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2-5 p.m. each day. Participants may sign up for one session or all four. Space is limited to 20 students per session at a cost of $20 each.
