Mrs. Sherin Stewart announces the engagement of her daughter, Rachel Elizabeth Stewart, to Rylan Joel Prieb, son of Steve and Ruth Prieb of Topeka, Kansas. Rachel is the daughter of Sherin and the late Bobby Stewart, and is the stepdaughter of Dale Mitchem.
Rachel graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, and is employed by Evergreen Enterprises in Richmond.
Rylan also graduated from Liberty University and works for SkyWest Airlines in St. George, Utah.
A wedding is planned for early August in Hampton.
