Sterling “Bubby” Norman, 76, of Gloucester, died on Monday, April 28, 2025. He was a native of Gloucester and a member of Morning Glory Baptist Church.

Survivors include sons, Harry Norman and Sterling Dabney; daughter, Jacqueline Norman; sisters, Ella Norman, Celestine Norman and Clara Norman McWhite, and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Bernice Davenport Norman; wife, Joan Branch Norman; son, Antonio Dabney, and brother, Calvin Norman Jr.

A memorial service was held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, in Howard Funeral Home, Ark.
