All courts, county offices, school board offices, libraries, and DMV customer service centers in Gloucester and Mathews will be closed on Friday, June 18, in observance of the Juneteenth state holiday.

Waste facilities and ABC stores in both counties will be open. Post offices will be open, as well; Juneteenth is not a federal holiday.
