Signature Homes, LLC, opened its second Middle Peninsula location in mid-July. The new sales lot is located on Route 17, White Marsh, in leased space where another business once operated.
Signature Homes sells a variety of modular and manufactured homes, manager Jenna Jowers of Gloucester said, as well as a selection of Graceland portable buildings that come in many sizes.
William J. Jowers Jr. and Gordon L. Williams, both of Gloucester, own the business. They opened their first location on Route 33 near the Gloucester/King and Queen county line about three years ago.
Jenna Jowers previously was manager of the company’s main lot in King and Queen. She is assisted by Nicole Jowers, who works in the family business part-time.
Jenna Jowers previously worked six years at other modular and manufactured home outlets. Linda Williams of Gloucester replaced her as manager of the company’s King and Queen location.
