The Gloucester County Chesapeake Bay Preservation and Erosion Commission met Oct. 13 to consider one request from a resident seeking to encroach the 100-foot buffer zone.Lee and Shelly Haywood of Lighthouse Lane sought authorization to demolish an existing structure and to replace it with a new dwelling and a pool with an apron. The request was approved unanimously.
