Jani Williams of Hayes, has received a citation from the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for the catch of a 10-pound, 8-ounce sheepshead on Sept. 30 in Mobjack Bay.
Also, Scott Hammond of Mathews, received a citation for catching a 6-pound, 5-ounce speckled trout on Oct. 6 in the Rappahannock River....
