Jacob McElligott, son of Andrew and Heather McElligott of Poquoson and grandson of Ray and Nancy McElligott of Hayes, Charlie and Vicki Carter of New Point, and Sherry Hamilton of Cobbs Creek, has been named to the fall 2023 Dean’s List at Hampden-Sydney College. The honor requires at least a 3.3 grade-point average for at least 15 credit hours of work. McElligott is a freshman, majoring in Economics and Business.
