The Mathews County School Board will hold a closed meeting at 8 a.m. Friday in the school board office conference room, 63 Church Street, Mathews.
The closed meeting is being held in reference to Virginia Freedom of Information Act Section 2.2-3711(A)(19): Discussion by staff members concerning actions taken to respond to matters related to public safety.
The only action called for in the agenda is the adoption of the certification of closed meeting.
