James L. Riley Jr. of Gloucester, has received a citation from the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for the catch of a 12-pound, 4-ounce sheepshead, measuring 26 inches, that he caught Sept. 28 in Mobjack Bay.
Also, Jon Kevin Moore of Gloucester received a citation for the catch and release on Aug. 27 of a white marlin offshore in Norfolk Canyon.
The next day, on Aug. 28, Jesse Roughton of Gloucester also caught and released a white marlin at Norfolk Canyon.
Robert Davis of Gloucester received a citation for a 50-inch black drum caught and released on Oct. 7 in the James River.
