These are exciting times on Gloucester’s Main Street. In a little over a week, the third new business held its ribbon cutting. Buoy 22 Apparel was welcomed into the local business community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday morning. Here, owners Melissa Shackelford and Wes Robbins, assisted by their children Aubrey Robbins and Aidan Mudrie, officially open the store that specializes in men’s fashion. Buoy 22 is located right next door to The Nook, a bookstore that had its ribbon cutting last Thursday. Another new business, the upscale dining spot, Porter’s on Main, will be opening later this month.
