Mathews native Rhonda Carroll was installed as the 2026 President of Central Virginia Regional Multiple List Service, a platform providing resources and services to real estate professionals, earlier this month at the University of Richmond.Carroll grew up in Mathews, where her family still lives. Her father Danny Howlett, a former Mathews sheriff, is currently the Station Captain at Mathews Volunteer Fire Volunteer Fire, Cobbs Creek, where her brother and uncle are also volunteers.
