Nearly three dozen people attended the 40th anniversary celebration of the Gloucester Retired Educators Association on Thursday, Sept. 28, at the Disabled American Veterans building in Gloucester. Guest speaker was Dr. Anthony Vladu, standing at lectern, superintendent of Gloucester County Public Schools, who shared his background and views on education.
