CHICKEN SALAD Angel Johnson 2 lb. chicken breasts 3 c. salad dressing 1 stalk celery ½ c. pickle relish 1 tsp. paprika Boil chicken breasts and let cool. Pull chicken apart and mix with salad dressing, celery and relish. Combine well. Cover with paprika and refrigerate until ready to server. CHEESE BALL Gaylen Davis 2 large pkg. cream cheese 1 Tbs. parsley 1 Tbs. seasoned salt 2 tsp. dehydrated onions 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well ½ c. chopped pecans ½ c. chopped crackers or pretzels Soften cream cheese; add parsley, seasoned salt, dehydrated onions and crushed pineapple. Mix together well. Refrigerate until hard and then form into a ball. When firm, roll ball in pecans or crackers or pretzels to make a coating.
