Nancy W. Deptola is the owner of Precision Speciality Billing, LLC, which has offered professional billing and credentialing services to medical practices in Virginia and all over the country since 2019.

As both a certified medical reimbursement specialist and an HIPAA information specialist, Deptola managed billing companies for chiropractors, pediatricians, dermatologists and mental health care providers for over 15 years before opening her own business. She said she was fortunate to have had great mentors and advisors who were willing to guide her through all aspects of medical billing.

“I have been able to open my own business due to this guidance,” she said, “and it has allowed me to help other upcoming female professionals get started also.”

Deptola is a native of New Jersey. She said her wife Virginia has supported all of her efforts and endeavors.
