Patricia Louise Cottee, 70, of Hayes, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019, in Riverside Walter Reed Hospital.

She was born in Gloucester County and was the daughter of the late Edward F. and Emma Conoway Milby. She was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church, and was a cook for many restaurants in the area and had worked in the cafeteria in Gloucester County Public Schools.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ross Cottee Jr., and is survived by her children, Debra Hoffstaetter, Lisa Hanson, and Marl Cottee; her fiancé, Jimmy Shackelford; her sisters, Norma Jean Flippin and Brenda Bristow; grandchildren, Brian, Jennifer, and Skylar, and great-grandchildren, Autumn, Tyler, and Aubrey.

The family received friends at the funeral home on Monday, Jan. 14, 2019, from 6:30-8 p.m. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Rosewell Memorial Gardens, Hayes.
