Organist Katelyn Emerson will play at 4 p.m. on Saturday, in the Arts at Abingdon series at Abingdon Episcopal Church, 4645 George Washington Memorial Highway, Gloucester. In addition to being an organist, Emerson is a lecturer and pedagogue who has been hailed as “one of the world’s most promising organists,” according to Listvinafelag Hallgrimskirkju, an Icelandic arts society.
