Keith Nuttall of Gloucester has received a citation from the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for catching an 18-pound bluefish at the Triangle Wrecks in the Atlantic Ocean. The fish was caught Feb. 9 but just reported last week in vasaltwaterjournal.com.

The minimum weight for a citation blue is 16 pounds.
