The Northern Neck-Middle Peninsula Chapter of the Virginia Aeronautical Historical Society will hold its monthly luncheon meeting today, Thursday, March 19, at the Pilot House Restaurant, located next to Hummel Field in Topping. The event will begin with a meet and greet at 11:30 a.m., the buffet lunch at noon, followed by the program at 12:30. The group will have audience choice DVD of either or both, time permitting. The two DVD are “Eagles Over the Gulf” (about Desert Storm pilots with original video of hitting targets in the first Gulf War) and “Chesapeake Bay by Air” (a PBS program showing aerial coverage of the Chesapeake Bay).
