Regina Owens is the new office manager at Elite Construction, located on George Washington Memorial Highway, Ordinary.

Owens began her new job on July 21. She handles scheduling, answers customers’ questions, and similar duties.

Owens previously worked for a Gloucester mobile home business as an office assistant and was a customer service representative handling commercial clients for Morgan-Marrow in Hampton. She currently is a yoga instructor at a Williamsburg studio. Originally from Newport News, Owens has lived in Gloucester for 17 years. A graduate of Ferguson High School, she attends Rappahannock Community College.

Her husband, Gil Owens Jr., is a machinist at Ball Metal in James City County. They have two sons: Gil III, 18, who attends RCC, and Hunter, 15, a rising sophomore at Gloucester High School.
