Nancy Pannell Roane is broker of Nancy R. Pannell Real Estate, located at 4034 East River Road, Cardinal.

Born and raised in Richmond, she has a background in surveying and sales, and became a Realtor in 1980, spending four years with an ERA franchise. Nancy obtained broker’s status in 1984. At that time she purchased a real estate company from William DuVal in Richmond, and continues to own and operate her own company today boasting more than 40 years of experience in residential, land, and commercial sales. She has found success even in times of tight credit and in negative amortization markets.

Her motto is “Working for You” and now she finds herself marketing properties in Mathews, Gloucester, Middlesex, Lancaster, Richmond and surrounding areas, handling a lot of waterfront and also listings in all price ranges.

Nancy said the COVID-19 pandemic created challenges in 2020, but the year “proved to be one of the best years yet for sales and listings.”
