Machicomoco State Park, Hayes, will host Music in the Park from 6-8:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 31 at the park’s Interpretive Area.
Spectators are invited to come to the park, bring a picnic and lawn chairs for an evening of live music. The Tidewinders, a local band, will be performing bluegrass music with a modern flare. Local singer/songwriter Ami Baker will be performing the opening act.
The event is free, but the $5/vehicle parking fee applies. No need to register. Public use of alcoholic beverages prohibited.
