Attorneys for four of the 12 individuals subpoenaed in million dollar lawsuits against Gloucester Commonwealth’s Attorney Robert D. "Bob" Hicks, have filed a motion to quash the latest attempts by plaintiffs’ lawyers to produce images of their computer hard drives.

Former Gloucester Board of Supervisors member Teresa Altemus and current board members Bobby Crewe, Michelle Ressler and Gregory Woodard are each suing Hicks for $1,000,000 claiming he made "defamatory statements" and $350,000 each for "punitive damages." The suit was filed in November 2009 in Richmond Circuit Court.
