Pastor Bill West of Severn Church, Gloucester, and his mother Jo Ann West collected baby food, diapers and other baby items on Monday morning at the White Marsh Shopping Center. The items were given to Bellamy United Methodist Church, Gloucester, to be distributed to mothers.
